Hotel Reservation Instructions

Booking through the WFH Housing Bureau offers you many benefits, including the following:

A group reservation consists of fifteen (15) or more rooms. One contact person should be designated to act as the group coordinator and be responsible for all correspondence with the WFH Housing Manager.

If you wish to book 15 rooms or more, please check the hotel list for your preferred hotel, download and fill out the Group Hotel Request Form, specifying the number of rooms required per day, and return it by e-mail to [email protected]. Please do not fax it to the hotel directly.

The WFH Housing Bureau will reply to your request within three (3) working days of its receipt.

Please note that hotel blocks are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The WFH Housing Bureau is the only official WFH 2022 hotel agency. Please be vigilant if approached by any housing service other than the WFH World Congress Secretariat or the WFH Housing Bureau that implies or claims to be an “official housing provider” for the WFH 2022 World Congress. Reservations made through an agency other than the WFH World Congress Secretariat and Housing Bureau are done at your own risk. Please inform us at [email protected] if you are approached by any agency that claims to represent the WFH.

The required deposit may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or wire transfer. From April 1, 2022, only payments by credit card will be accepted. Any inquiries or requests for additional information, modifications or cancellations to room reservations should be addressed to the WFH Housing Bureau in writing. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

1. 1. Credit card payment: The WFH Housing Bureau will charge your credit card for the full balance of your hotel reservation. Room reservations will be confirmed once the WFH Housing Bureau has received your completed reservation request with a valid credit card number.
   2. Wire transfer: If you are unable to provide a credit card guarantee (by Visa or Mastercard), please complete the reservation using the online booking tool, and select wire transfer as the method of payment. You will be invoiced for a deposit equal to one hundred per cent (100%) of your total accommodation cost, in US dollars. Your hotel reservation will not be confirmed unless full payment is received within seven (7) business days upon receipt of your invoice. A confirmation of your hotel will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of your reservation request. The confirmation will include the name and address of the hotel and the cost per night. Please do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations will be handled by the WFH Housing Bureau.

Any change or cancellation of your registration must be sent in writing to [email protected]. A confirmation of the reservation change or cancellation will be forwarded to you. All requests are subject to the following conditions:

• No name changes are permitted. All name changes will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
• For cancellations received on or before March 18, 2022, a refund will be issued one month after the Congress, less an administrative fee equal to one night’s accommodation
• For cancellations received after March 18, 2022, no refunds will be granted
• Should you need to check out earlier than planned, no refunds will be granted

We ask that all attendees use the centralized online housing system during online registration to make reservations. This will ensure that you receive the best negotiated rates. For those who are unable to register for the Congress at this time, but would still like to book their hotel accommodations, please contact [email protected].
