Si vous êtes citoyen·ne d’un pays à très faible revenu, faible revenu ou revenu intermédiaire (selon les critères de la Banque mondiale), vous êtes peut-être éligible à une réduction spéciale Passeport mondial. Conditions pour s’inscrire en tant qu’étudiant·e

Cette catégorie s’adresse à toute personne suivant actuellement un cursus de formation à temps plein en médecine ou autre discipline, ou faisant partie d’un programme de doctorat. La copie d’une carte d’étudiant·e valide au moment du Congrès sera demandée. Il est également possible de présenter un document officiel signé par un·e responsable de département universitaire. Veuillez faire parvenir votre justificatif au secrétariat du Congrès mondial 2022 de la FMH par courriel à l’adresse [email protected]. Une pièce d’identité vous sera demandée sur place.

Adhérent·es de la FMH

Les adhérent·es de la FMH aident à soutenir des initiatives mondiales qui sauvent des vies et changent les choses. Votre adhésion vous donne droit à des avantages, notamment :

  • une réduction de 10 % sur les frais d’inscription (n’inclut pas les 60 jours de contenu à la demande)

Le paiement devra se faire exclusivement en dollars américains (USD). Les moyens de paiement suivants sont acceptés :

IMPORTANT : : Les frais bancaires sont à la charge de l’expéditeur·ice et devront être réglés au moment de l’envoi des fonds, en plus des frais d’inscription. Registration fees are only valid if both the registration form and full payment are received on or before the specified deadlines. Otherwise, the payment will be treated as a partial payment for the next applicable registration category.

  • This fee cannot be combined with any other discount
  • Passport to the World Fees only apply to citizens who reside in a qualifying country. See the full list of eligible countries here.
  • Registrants will need to provide proof of citizenship during the registration process (passport or national ID is accepted)
  • The discount can only be applied at the time of registration. Discounts will not be issued retroactively once a registration is completed.
  • The Passport to the World Fee only applies to doctors, HCPs, NMO staff, volunteers, people with a bleeding disorder, and family members. The fee does not apply to accompanying persons or industry staff.

Les frais d’inscription ci-dessus ne s’appliquent que si le formulaire d’inscription et le paiement complet sont reçus avant les dates limites imposées. Dans le cas contraire, le paiement sera considéré comme le paiement partiel des frais d’inscription pour la catégorie immédiatement supérieure.

  • Les personnes qui s’inscrivent devront présenter une preuve de citoyenneté pendant leur inscription (les passeports et cartes nationales d’identité sont acceptés)
